Spa Etiquette is here to ensure your Spa Experience runs smoothly and on time. See below some frequently asked questions before visiting the Spa.
gift vouchers | We ask that you please state your gift voucher at time of booking, as well as bring your gift voucher to your scheduled appointment. Expired gift vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed so please ensure you allow enough time to make a booking before the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be used towards products. Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Saturdays.
cancellation | 24 hours notice of cancellation is kindly required. We require a credit card number to secure your booking at the time of booking. A 50% charge will be applied if cancellation or appointment was abandoned within 24hrs. If you can find someone to take your place for your appointment your credit card will not be charged.
parking | You may park for free anywhere on Temple Street or in any available car parks next door to the Hello Gary Espresso (next door to us).
fashionably early | Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time (if it is your first time) to allow time to fill out a quick health and wellbeing form and enjoy some herbal tea. Late arrivals may effect your treatment duration.
health and wellbeing form | We ask that you fill out a health and wellbeing form before your treatment so that we are aware of any medical conditions or medications that may alter or effect your treatment.
relaxing in style | We want you to have the most relaxing experience with us, so please let us know of your preferred massage pressure, music volume and room temperature.
pedicures | Keep your feet nice and neat after a pedicure and wear open toed shoes.
sugaring | Your hair does not need to be any longer than 3mm for sugaring. Please trim longer hairs to ensure a more comfortable experience for yourself. It is also best to ensure there is no product on the skin eg. moisturizer, as this can effect the sugaring attaching to your hairs.
male manor | For men enjoying a facial treatment, please shave before arrival to eliminate any discomfort and achieve the best results.
